Long term means that those sites we designed and finished were also being updated by us when the owner needed the updating done. Short term means that those sites we designed and finished were updated by the owner or their own webmaster.

NOTE: Currently, we can only offer the Basic and Update packages and no graphic design assistance. Both the Basic and Update packages are most preferable for the ease of adaptability and most servers, short of free servers, will allow use of either.
If you are also one of our social media (Facebook and Twitter) clients who has a subscription with us, our combined update services are available at a reduced price.

Website Design Information
These prices only cover the costs of design and creation of the website. Any additional images being made that are not part of the website layout are totally up to the designer. The designer may charge an additional fee for the extra time they spend making the images, be it simple or complex. This does not include hosting costs for those who do not already have a host.
Example 1 (Basic Package)
The most basic of all packages, this is generally for new sites or a website owner who simply seeks a new basic design and either way requires a template. This type of package is generally for those who just use basic HTML.
Example 2 (Update Package)
This package is just right for an existing site, which already has content, but needs a new design and someone to adapt the old website to the new design. This type of package is generally for those who use basic HTML, PHP or SHTML, depending on what program the host server allows.
A Quick Explanation of ASP, PHP and SHTML
ASP, PHP and SHTML are template-based programs. They basically allow websites to share common material, be it pictures or text. These common materials can be edited on a separate file, which is read by all the pages with the code that reads that file. This is great if you want to save time and avoid having to update many individual pages at a time.
Website Maintenance
If you wish for us to maintain your website once a week, it will cost the monthly subscription price declared above. These weekly updates may include contact information updates, general news and changing already existing documents and images. The creation and addition of new documents and images to the website will be charged accordingly. If it is a large job, bordering on a redesign of the website, those will also be charged accordingly. Refer to the pricing above in such matters.
Domain (DNS) Pricing
The prices for high level domains (.com, .net, .org and .cc) begin as low as $12 dollars per year. We can check to see if the domain that you want is available when you order, however the options and prices may vary. There may be an additional fee for name-server hosting.
Important Notices
We do not offer refunds if you do not stay with the host, DNS or otherwise. All monetary transactions are done in United States currency.
We work 50% below the nation’s average for web layout design. We do not make extravagant graphics because we do not employ graphical artists. If you require one, you must find one yourself unless we indicate one has become available. Graphical artists are generally costly to keep on staff and are best utilized in an as needed base. Their talent is worth it if you have the funds. Each graphical artist has different prices based on time and project depth.
We can scan documents and images that you may wish to use as well as accept those files as an attachment in an e-mail. Otherwise, many office supply stores offer document and image scanning and will place your file onto a disc/disk or flash drive. It will be a lot more cost effective if you do so on your own. If all goes well, when an exchange is made, we would hope all notes, discs and what not are supplied. This way we can start on the site as soon as possible and make any adjustments you need.
We do offer site maintenance on an as needed basis. Refer to the policies above for details. We can also host domains as needed, but only to those who’s sites we host.
